- Concept opposé du copyright et proche du concept Creative Commons, qui s’en est inspiré. L’auteur, par ce système, autorise l’utilisation (copie, commercialisation…) et la modification de son œuvre mais l’œuvre copiée ou « dérivée » doit être produite et diffusée sous les mêmes conditions que l’œuvre originale.
