DEFINITION(S)
- A set of procedures and rules for the publication of data on the Web in order to allow the connection of the data to other data from different sources. These procedures can be applied both inside and outside the Web environment; as they can be used with data in open format (Linked Open Data) or proprietary format. (Machado et al.
