- Licencia que permite a cualquiera utilizar, modificar y distribuir software, siempre y cuando todas las versiones derivadas también estén bajo licencia GNU/GPL. Esto garantiza que el software y sus derivados sigan siendo accesibles para todos, al tiempo que impide que terceros se apropien de ellos bajo licencias privativas. Requiere que el código fuente se proporcione con el software o se haga accesible.
